The selection process

It all starts with an online application form. You’ll get the chance to showcase your talents and academic success, while letting us know about your work experience and the skills that make you unique. Take your time here, and put everything into making yourself stand out from the crowd.

If your application is successful, we’ll then give you online tests to complete. These verbal and numerical tests can be completed in the comfort of your own home, and if you pass them, it’s then on to an assessment centre at one of our offices or another location. Here, we’ll get to know each other a bit better. You’ll be given plenty of opportunity to impress us and we’ll show you what opportunities we have to offer.
