I joined Baker Tilly through their graduate scheme. I have now completed the training programme and I am fully qualified.

It’s a really supportive environment, and since qualifying, I have started to grow my client base and have more direct contact with partners.

It’s a great learning experience and feedback from partners helps to push you to the next level.

I’ve recently returned from a three month secondment to Boston – this was a fantastic experience and a great way to see international approaches to audit.
