The selection process

You’ll start by completing our online application form. This is your moment to impress us. Show us something special and make your personality jump off the page. We want to know all about your academic success, work experience, skills and anything else that you think we should know. Make sure you finish the form and don’t rush it.

After submitting the application form, we’ll let you know it’s arrived safely. If you’re successful, we’ll then give you online tests to complete. These verbal and numerical tests can be completed in the comfort of your own home, and if you pass them, it’s then on to a graduate assessment centre at one of our offices or another location. This day will give you the chance to shine. The graduate assessment day will involve the use of selection methods such as aptitude tests, interviews and case studies. We’ll get to know you and you’ll get a better idea about what we do as a firm. So, it’s important to do your homework and fully prepare before the day in question. Come with queries you’d like answering and, similarly, be ready for some questions and pointers from us.
