About the Role

As a front of house Receptionist for Baker Tilly, Bristol office you will act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors to the firm and will process all incoming calls to ensure that the highest standard of client service is always maintained.

The role is 16 hours per week, working Thursday and Fridays.

About you

We require experience of using a PC based switchboard, strong communication and interpersonal skills and to be confident and capable of working with all levels of staff. As first point of contact you will need to have a professional telephone manner/approach to both internal and external clients. The ideal candidate will have a flexible attitude, be a team player and be friendly and enthusiastic in their approach.

In addition we require someone who has a good typing ability and experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
