What we're looking for

If you like what you’ve heard so far, you’re probably wondering what sort of qualifications we look for. You’ll need:

• A minimum of five GCSEs at grades A to C (including at least a grade B in Maths and English Language), or a minimum of five standard grades at grades 1 to 3 (including at least a grade 2 in Maths and English), or equivalent.
• At least 260 UCAS points (excluding general studies) or equivalent, either predicted or achieved.

But we look beyond academic achievement. It’s about having passion, energy, enthusiasm and a head full of ideas. It’s being able to work successfully with colleagues and clients. There’s no such thing as a Baker Tilly ‘type’. We like people to have a mind of their own. After all, it's what makes teamwork exciting and what makes us the firm we are today.
